![]() ![]() I use a Yamaha digital mixer and this is what happens but only if my digital mixer is set to lock to the incoming sample rate it is getting from Studio One. If you then decide to change the sample rate to 48K for whatever reason your interface should follow. When Studio One is booted up if you set the sample rate to say 44.1K then the interface should follow. Studio One is in command of your interface the moment it boots up. What you are describing sounds normal to me. The only way to change the sample rate is to edit the ttings file manually.Īnd the only way to use Studio One is to make sure the file matches the sample rate of the MOTU BEFORE starting Studio One.ĭoesn't happen with Reaper, Protools or Samplitude If I start a new song from scratch, and set the sample rate to 44.1k, Studio One will switch my interface back to 48k.Įven if I go into the MOTU panel and set it to 44.1k Studio One will switch it back all by itself within a second or so. ![]() So if my MOTU is set to 44.1k via the MOTU control panel prior to starting Studio One and if the Studio One -> Audio Options is set to 48k, it gives an error message of sample mismatch and then sets my interface back to 44.1k. ![]() I want to make sure I'm not doing something stupid or missing something before filing an official bug report.Īny ideas on this one? Like I said, Studio One will not let me change the sample rate other than manually editing the ttings file. So in short, there is no way to change the sample rate in Studio One v3.3.1 even by creating a new song with a different sample rate. Any ideas? Also posted on the Studio One Questions database forum as a someone else has the same problem with a MOTU interface No problems with other DAW like Reaper. Studio one will change it back to 44.1k The only way around this that I have found is to manually go into the tup file and edit the sample rate in that file to match what my MOTU is set for and then reboot Studio One. In fact I don't even have to do anything with Studio One after changing the sample rate to 48k. Studio One keeps resetting my interface to 44.1k and when I try and change it via the MOTU panel or by creating a new song and typing in 48k, Studio one complains of a mismatch and changes it right back to 44.1k. I have a problem with a MOTU Ultralite AVB latest firmware level. ![]()
